Refund Policy

At Get Your Book, we provide customized book publishing services tailored to each client’s unique needs. As all our services involve personalized work, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Project Start

All payments are non-refundable once a project has started. This includes but is not limited to work on editing, formatting, design, publishing setup, or any consulting services. Our team dedicates time and resources immediately upon project approval.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client wishes to cancel a service before any work has started, they may request a refund. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Please contact us at marketing@getyourbook.co to submit your cancellation request.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction

We offer revisions according to the terms outlined in your service package. If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, please reach out during the revision period. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction once revisions are completed.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse or grant refunds at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances. All such cases will be reviewed individually.
