3. Revisions, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has started. If you request cancellation before work begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Revision requests must be made within the revision period defined in your service agreement.

Technocitadel LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific publishing results such as book sales, rankings, or publicity.
